Outsourcing to whom

It is important to whom and what we should outsource. No point of outsourcing to a party that need so many assistants throughout the tasks. And the things that easily can done in house.

Before everything company need to seek answers for following questions,

1. Do I really need to outsource my work?
2. Is it reasonable?
3. Do the other party do understand the work that need to get done properly?
4. Do they have relevant expertise? (ex- For IT firm No point of outsourcing to a company who doing medical transcription servicing BPO. )

For any business to be profitable it should have a margin over it's cost. The man who run the business should know how and where he/she can reduce the cost and higher the margins. In that seen it is important to outsource the work whatever possible, by making sure you can't do it inhouse below the price, doing by an outside party.
